Northern Beaches sites within the old Pittwater Council catchment area (PLEP 2004) require a bushfire hazard assessment report to be accompanied by a Bushfire Risk Assessment Certificate completed by an RFS recognised FPA accredited consultant and in accordance with Section 79BA1(b) of the EP&A Act.
