A requirement of complying development lodgement. The Certifier require the notification plans to distribute to your neighbours for comment during the neighbour notification period. The plan must be 1 page only and identify the height and external configuration of all elevations of the building with a reduced site plan. The plans are to include the following information:

• applicants name
• property number, street/road name, suburb and lot number (DP/SP)
• measurements/dimensions
• the position of true north
• outline of building, or parts of building to be erected or demolished
• Draftsman/Architect name and date.
