Some consultant’s reports and drawings can only be provided once we have completed and sent them the documentation set. Once these reports and drawings are finalised, we need to update the architectural set to reflect the recommendations and specifications of the consultants before construction. As your building designer in Newcastle and Northern Beaches, we also add more construction detailing of our own to assist the builder. Examples of construction plan work include but are not limited to:

• window and door specifications as per basic requirements
• water tank and stormwater specifications as per the basic requirements
• advanced construction details
• changes according to council’s conditions of consent
• awning sizes as per the basic requirements
• beam and post details as per the engineers drawings
• floor structure as per the engineers drawings
• roof structure as per the engineers drawings
• roof drainage details as per the hydraulic drawings.
