A detail and level survey (Topographical plan of the land) is amandatory requirement ofall certifying authorities for any type of design work. It forms part of the drawing package for approval and assists in the design process to identify site considerations such as neighbors, aspect, trees and relative levels (floor and ground heights). As your new home designers in Northern Beaches and Newcastle, we are happy and prefer to coordinate this work on your behalf once our services have been engaged. You are welcome to organize the preparation of the site survey with external contractors, however if inadequate information is provided by the Surveyor, extra information may need to be attained at no cost or responsibility of The Rubix Collective.
