Our Process / 4 simple steps
Your architectural journey commences with a consultation with our contemporary building designers on-site in Newcastle, Sydney’s Northern Beaches or North Shore at your convenience. This meeting assists our designers in familiarising themselves with the site, determining a general brief and identifying the council restraints. But most importantly it allows you to meet with us and ensure there is a comfortable, professional and trusting dynamic.
Once we both agree to embark on the architectural journey together, our contemporary home designers in Newcastle, Northern Beaches, or North Shore will meet with you again and ascertain an extremely detailed and intensive brief. Most practices do not show due-respect to this exercise, but we understand it is this extremely important information that produces a product of practical spaces, an artwork of neighbourhood inspiration and a fine-tuned machine in-sync with your lifestyle and future. At this time we will also organise a site measure and site survey of your property. This will help us determine how your design will respond to the topography and amenity of your site.

At Step 2, our new home designers on the Northern Beaches and Newcastle start the sketch phase. We present these to you, taking the time to explain our vision and ensuring each item of your brief is satisfied and optimised by our proposal. Our greatest joy is to see client’s eyes light-up with the realisation that their brief is a fulfilled and eclipsed by a previously unconceived concept.
Our Process / 4 simple steps
Once we have your permission to proceed with a concept we draft your new home design bringing to life the vision of your built home as you walk through your 3D model. After a few more drawings and details are finalised and forged through our innovative and creative process, these drawings will evolve into final documented drawings, forming an application package (DA/CDC) which we will submit for assessment with any required engineering drawings.
After approval we take your drawings to tender, finding you the most suited builder for the adventure ahead.
Our Process / 4 simple steps
Once the building of your home commences, our team partake in any questions or clarity required on the design. During this phase, the builder will liaise with the certifier to have key milestones signed and approved.
If we feel it necessary, our experienced team of contemporary residential designers on the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Newcastle can consult and liaise directly with your builder during the entire build process.
The final signature you will receive from the certifier is your Occupation Certificate, meaning you are free to move in to your beautiful new designer home!
